Villa di Modolo
Villa di Modolo overlooks the Dolomites, at the foot of the Alpe del Nevegàl and only 5 km from the historic centre of Belluno. Its privileged position allows visitors to reach in a short time other historical cities or mountain villages in the area, such as Venice (50 minutes), Treviso (30 minutes), Cortina (45 minutes) and Agordo (25 minutes).

How to get there
At the end of the motorway (A27), after the tollbooth, take the exit for Belluno and follow the signs for “Belluno Centro”, continuing along the SP1. After approximately 7 km, at the roundabout, follow the signs for Castion or Nevegal. Once in Castion, after “Parco di San Cipriano”, follow the sign for Modolo and take the road on the left. Continue along this road to the end, where you will find the car park of the villa.
To reach the farmhouse, proceed along the small road on the left, and after the bend, enter through the gate on the right.
