Room “Venezia”

“Venezia” is an exclusive design room of the agritourism Villa di Modolo. This spacious room (37 sqm) is on the first floor and has a panoramic balcony.

Carefully renovated on the structure of the ancient Latteria (dairy shop) of the historical hamlet, the room is equipped with all comforts for a fully relaxing experience. Ideally planned to accommodate two guests, it offers extra space for an additional bed. The glass wall and private balcony offer breathtaking views and make the room more spacious and bright. Our Superior Room includes a private bathroom with windows, shower stall size 97×160 and colours evoking the local stone.

Every morning a rich breakfast with fresh, local products is ready for you in the Breakfast hall. The Superior room is available as a double or twin room. It is possible to add an extra bed if requested, to meet all your needs. The room has free access to the stunning Romantic Park of Villa di Modolo, expanding about 7000 sqm with views on the Schiara Mountains of the Dolomites.

Just a few km away from Belluno and halfway between Venezia, the Prosecco Hills, and the Dolomites, it is the perfect base for unforgettable trips. The valley is rich in natural routes, churches, old villas, and museums. The Romantic Park of the historical Villa di Modolo, one of the most prominent villas in the area, adds an extra touch to your holiday in the agritourism, making it a unique experience. For the days you wish to stay in the Villa, a 3,7km long ring route is the perfect solution for relaxing hikes or bike tours.
